Torrevieja International Businesses Association (TIBA) is a group of local business owners who have joined forces to combat rogue trading in the area. We have all experienced the feeling that we have not had value for money when dealing with certain businesses in the Torrevieja area. Illegal building work, tradesmen reluctant to give an invoice, guarantee of workmanship that means absolutely nothing if the Company has closed down!
TIBA members are a group of ‘legal’ businessmen and women who set up the association a few years ago to regain public confidence in the Torrevieja area, particularly in the English speaking market.
With the watchwords of “Integrity and Service” the association recognises the importance of client relations and marketing in what is an ever-increasing and challenging marketplace. Watch out for the “TIBA” logo on car stickers, web sites, adverts and business cards and do business with these trades people knowing that you will get a fair deal from a legal company who have agreed to abide by the TIBA code of practise.
The Association members include; Builders, Estate Agents, Insurance Companies, Design & print Services, Web site Designers, Tanning & Beauty Salons, Discount Telephone Services, Car hire, children’s equipment hire, charities and many others are signing up to be part of the Association whose aims are to improve the public perception of the Businesses here in Torrevieja and its surrounding area’s.
